Our Story

Todd & Marti met right here in Fayetteville at the University of Arkansas in 1984, You might say it was love at first bite. There was a magic between her style of food and his stomach. 

Over 30 years have passed, but the journey that covered multiple states, marriage, 3 daughters, 7 labs and untold numbers of hungry people satisfied at church, fund raisers and tailgates – has borne Nouveau Southern Cuisine. A mix of regional experiences from around the Southern US, dashed with a Cajun flair, fusing your Momma’s Home Style Kitchen with spice and healthy alternatives to bring a tasteful experience.  That is the difference in Southern Food Company.
